Payment Methods and Deposits

Withdrawals

Our minimum withdrawal amount is £10, though smaller amounts can be requested through customer support and a processing fee may apply. We offer withdrawals via VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, wire transfer to a UK bank account, and Direct Bank Transfer to a non-UK bank account, all in the account holder's own name. We do not offer cheques, and we never pay winnings to a third-party payment method. Wherever possible, we process your withdrawal using the same method you used to deposit.

Once we approve your withdrawal request, funds typically arrive within one to three business days, though timing varies by method: debit cards from around 15 minutes up to 5 business days, Apple Pay around 2 hours, PayPal and e-wallets 24-48 hours, and bank transfer 24-72 hours. We charge no withdrawal fees ourselves, although your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. Payments from us appear on your bank statement as BetMGM or LeoVegas. Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once requested, and we may delay processing while we complete internal verification checks or investigate a suspected error, malfunction, interruption or prohibited practice.
